Methods

Through our experience we have found the ADDIE Model (with a variation of rapid prototyping) and its five stages Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation offer the most effective yet flexible guideline for developing content.

» ANALYSIS
In this phase the objectives of the project are established and the target audience profiled. Any future improvements that might arise are considered and related strategies in development are integrated in the design.

» DESIGN
This stage involves determination of content scope, treatment and structure along with the visual interfaces. Storyboards and interface prototyping with approvals are carried out in this stage.

» DEVELOPMENT
The development phase involves the execution of the project development based on the stipulated design guidelines.

» IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation phase involves the integration of the project in the target mediums. Intensive testing is carried out in this phase in order to determine usability.

» EVALUATION
Results obtained through Testing are ironed out. Feedback from client is incorporated and the project goes live.

Besides this we are adept at implementing projects using the most widely accepted Instructional Design Model for Content Development.

Our websites follow W3C guidelines and we are competent in offering e-learning content development that is SCORM or AICC complaint.
