Project 1

Brief: The need was to automate & simplify the on going process of aptitude testing conducted on prospective recruits during job interviews.

Solution: An intranet based quiz engine application was developed that enabled candidates to take their aptitude tests on PCs thus simplifying the testing/grading process. The application was developed with specific registration of candidates, dynamic quiz updations, random and secure quizzing & centralized reporting features.

Project 2

Brief: Due to the large scale CRM migration of operations the management at Hutch needed rapid training and adoption to the new environment that could only be facilitated by an e-learning program.

Solution: The project involved converting standard training modules into engaging, intuitive E-learning content complete with screen simulation, process & method animation, for the portable medium of CD-ROM. This content was also duplicated for an intranet model that supported employee performance tracking on CRM certification.
